Lydia Put | RMT
Having worked as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2010, I have worked with a variety of people with different conditions. My experience has shown me that stress can affect the body just as significantly as an injury. I use a variety of techniques based on how each person’s pain or discomfort presents itself, and I work with each person to try to help restore and maintain pain free daily living.
Kevin C Breiter RMT, SMT (cc)
Registered Massage Therapist, Sports Massage Therapist certification candidate
A self-proclaimed “everything and everybody” registered massage therapist, Kevin Breiter started his RMT career in 2008 as a team trainer with The Abbotsford Women’s Rugby (divisions 1 and 2) and within the spa and resort industry.
“I have always wanted to find the patient prospective that the clinical/ therapeutic world couldn’t provide,” he says.
He has continued working within the industry for the last 5 years, focusing on in-depth studies of sport related injuries, hydrotherapies, conditions related to everyday life activity, and trauma injuries from motor vehicle accidents.
Working within resorts such as Harrison Hot Springs, Sparkling Hill Resort and Silver Star Mountain Resort, he soon found himself supervising part-time at the local OVCMT College, in classes for Clinical Practice, Hydrotherapy, Assessment and Maturity. He also spent his time heading various sport outreach clinics within the Thompson Okanagan.
“Supervising and being around the next generation of our profession is a blast,” he says. “They have the best questions regarding all subjects of the trade and life that I have grown to love.”
Now, he has finally found a clinic he values as home.
